Sens4 A/S warrants its product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of two years.

In the event of a product defect, we will repair or replace the product. The customer is notified after examining and testing of a returned product.

We use 8D structured problem solving tools to find the root cause and implement corrective actions.


Before returning a product to Sens4 a so-called return material authorization (RMA) number must be requested and obtained. For the safety of our employees we also require a declaration to be filled out and returned with the unit, declaring that the unit is free from toxic, radioactive, biological or other harmful contamination or substances.
